Micronomy Barbican 2

The Barbican Theatre is nestled not only among the cobblestones of Plymouth’s Barbican,  but also at the heart of many Plymouthians. So, when Micronomy was invited to assist with a challenge the theatre was facing, it felt like a true privilege to be involved.

The challenge arose during a post-pandemic staff transition, leaving little time to create a hand-over that would ensure continuity. The solution came through micro but focused conversations that allowed us to capture the essence of the organisation. From these, we crafted a document that remains integral to their strategic operations, recruitment, and training processes.

These micro-interactions left a lasting legacy, and it’s rewarding to know that our solution continues to ripple out, delivering benefits long after our work was done.

"We reached out to Micronomy during a challenging time at the Barbican Theatre, when we were unsure about our next steps. Their support proved to be a game-changer. The work they delivered was exceptional, leaving both the Chair and I absolutely delighted. Not only did it provide immediate value, but it has also become a valuable reference for us during an extended period of uncertainty. Micronomy's team is not only relatable and accessible but also adds instant value to our conversations and offers effective solutions. Their lived experiences bring tremendous value, consistently delivering outstanding work. We couldn't be more pleased with the results."
